I was driven to coaching in order to offer other leaders what I once needed myself: a thought partner to be an objective sounding board, who would support me but also challenge me to grow, and who would help me gain clarity on what really mattered and what I needed to do next.

As a Leadership and Executive Coach, I help clients reach their professional potential by putting self-awareness and reflection into practical action. I am most passionate about learning and leadership development, and my practice focuses on building strategies to become a more agile learner in order to grow professionally.

Prior to starting a coaching program, I built the client services team for a $20B advertising technology company. Over 8 years, I led the team through an explosive period of growth, both pre- and post- IPO on the NASDAQ. Building and scaling a global team in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment made me acutely aware of how critical learning agility is to success in the workplace.

I believe that taking time in coaching sessions to reflect on your values, habits and mindset helps you advocate with conviction for your ideas, approach challenges with confidence, create better relationships, make better decisions, and develop as an empowered professional.

Having made the transition from individual contributor to manager, and leading a team of over 150 people, I also became passionate about empowering and developing people, which led me to coaching. I trained with Columbia University's Organizational and Executive Coaching program, and use proven tools alongside a research-based system of questioning and listening to help clients learn to thrive as more agile, empathetic and effective professionals.
